got my WI tomm and I'm hoping i dropped some lb's. I did pretty good overall w. diet, tracking and excercising and pretty much was in the green every day. I haven't stepped on a scale since last thursday, but I notice my clothes are a bit looser so I'm hoping for atleast a 1 pound loss...only time will tell....
