Delish!!!! I have never prepared savory oats.

They are soo good. I use low sodium chicken broth and olive oil for flavor, in addition to whatever veggies added in. Stirring the egg yolk into them gives the oats a “risotto” like consistency. I have also found adding in a glug (1/2 to 1 tbsp) of EVOO keeps me feeling satisfied all morning. I also use steel cut oats because I like a “toothy” texture.
