another wonderful and succesful weekend of keeping it in the green! I am loving the control I have over my diet, exercise, overall weight loss and my life as well. This confidance and control is spilling over into all areas of my life and I am becoming a much more organized, cleaner, sharper individual. I am kicking ass at work and life is quite beautiful!

I am so happy lately and I don't want this wonderful feeling to ever end!

Keeping it Green is such a great phrase. It is really the cornerstone of what I am trying to do here with my fitness. I love being able to do a big workout like today and then eat more...and just cut it back to low Kcals when I am laying around. Keep it up and glad to hear that the confidence is become contagious. Don't psych up too much just stay in control...slow and steady.
