Diario de kadinelouise, 22 jun. 09

Yesterday was rough. A happy Father's Day, but not so happy when it comes to sitting around all day and eating. It was a lot of fun because I saw a lot of my family. =] I did see my Uncle Kurt too, who is a great inspiration for me. He's lost over 100 lbs. Now he's just a healthy guy! Looking at him makes me know I can do it. People blame weight on genetics all the time, and if you look around at my family you can believe that to be true, but then there's my uncle. If he can do it, so can I! I'm going to watch what I eat, and hit the gym today after work and adventure with Brenden and Zach! =] Those pounds I gained back are history, man!
