When looking at nutrition facts on labels what should I be looking at the calories or something else? This counting calories thing is all new to me but not sure if there is something else I should be looking at as well to lose weight!

start with calories and learn from there. it's easy to get overwhelmed. personally as long as I eat enough protein and healthy fats I don't get over hungry and i make better food choices.. vegetables are your friends for a healthy lifestyle.

If you want to loose weight you need a calorie deficit wallever you eat. It sure trying to have a good alimentation is always better for your mind and body. But it very a deficit that make you loose

Calories and Serving Size and Protein and Carbohydrates. Using Measuring Cups/Spoons/Food Scale will increase and aid your accuracy. Use the Suggested Serving Size as a Guide and start there.☺🌼
