Yes, I know I had a bad week. Entirely my own fault. I went way off my plan. I am ready to get serious. I know what to do and I will do it. In the past, I would say it was hopeless and gain more weight. I can't do that anymore. That was the past and this is the present, a gift to me. Planning for a change. Amen!
