Doing well and staying on track....trying to keep motivated by preparing my meals for work prior to waking up and running out the door at night. (I work 12 hour nights as an RN at an ICU).... tracking meals is always difficult because i don't always know when it really is breakfast/lunch/dinner....my life doesn't work that way...so some days are "sleep days" and all my food looks like it falls on the next day....kinda looks like i am binge eating sometimes, but I'm not...LOL. Working nights is tough on anyone, but for anyone who works nights too, sometimes you eat to stay awake, and that is really hard NOT to do....!!! So i am on a 2 night stretch beginning tonight and hoping that it is going to be busy. Heading off to bed now and feeling exhausted from the ketosis...(and a little grumpy too)... keeping my eye on the prize!!! This is well covered territory for me!
