☀️Hello everyone! Just realized we have 5 weeks left in Summer; the day after Labour Day always seems like Fall, even if it's still warm out. The air just changes! I also booked my annual physical exam for Sept 6, so I have just 5 weeks 😱 to make some of those changes I've been replaying in my head for past 6 months, year, 2 years, 3 years now??? No, I don't expect WOW results, I just want to be able to HONESTLY tell my doc I am on the right track! Not "gonna do it" stories. It's Mid-Summer! Join me on making those changes we all want to or continue if you've been doing IT! (Congrats & wooohooo) I will weigh-in next Tuesday (just ate a big plate of fried potatoes & onions, so pretty sure my number tomorrow is gonna be higher than last week! LOL); I weigh myself daily but don't post it here due to the endless fluctuations. Let's gooooooo :) 😎
