No surprise I'm ticking up. My first week back at it was a bit of a failure by the numbers, but I actually feel ok about it because the overall trend in how I actually feel about my eating and exercise is in the right direction. You can't flip a switch and all your bad habits go away. You also can't have beers and dessert and expect your calories to be under 2K. It's those reality checks that are just a step on the way to better habits.
