Well, back to tracking for now. It was a nice and needed little break, but I'm hovering about a pound higher than I was, and I don't want to start an upward trend. I'm beginning to incorporate a little more animal food, but only small amounts here and there. I bought a pound of yak meat, of all things, at the farmers market, but I know my husband and I can make 3 or 4 meals out of it. We're also trying to establish a fish on Fridays routine. So sort of transitioning from nearly vegan to a little more Mediterranean. Regardless, gotta start recording my food again and watching calories, protein and potassium
