I am an organized person at my core/in my heart! I have NOT been living an organized life in any way for the past 20 years. I was "kinda healthy", lots of exercise routines but never followed thru to any fitness goal success. My home was a disaster of clutter. Moving into a new place has been a restart for me and I am already feeling lighter! I am not yet LIVING LIGHTER, though.
✅Lesson going forth: I need clarity in all areas of my life.
Method: Daily/weekly routines. Organized home. Food prep. (It seems like ALOT)
