🌸Welcome to Motivational Monday on Tuesday! 🙋♀️ (again! Oops!) It's a rainy day and I am waiting for a rug delivery.... A rug is very important: it ties everything together. It's the centrepiece of my apartment; representing my desire for a strong, durable, pleasing, comfortable foundation. That's exactly where I am right now in life! I am building a better foundation. I laugh as I think how much trainers have stressed having a strong CORE; it's so true, isn't it?? we cannot function well if the core is weak. I just loved this analogy today! ✅Lesson going forth: I need a strong foundation, in all areas of my life!
