Diario de lyndachamplin, 24 ago. 22

My day started out so good. I slept all night- the first in weeks. woke up and felt wonderful. Enjoyed my Hazel nut flavoerd coffee. Then got dressed and decided to finish the cleaning off the dining room table and do a little Fall decorating. I did not see the empty came box on the floor - as I was trying to put the 20 pound weight from Grand Father clock (hubby was fixing) to another safe place. Tripped on the box and jammed my leg hip for the 2nd time in less then 4 days. Hurts so bad. I cried, could not move the pain was so bad. I managed to pull it together and carefully sit down. I can't believe I did this again. It happened months ago and was just feeling better. I took some Aleve and put on my tens unit on the lower butt cheek to block the pain.
I finished the table and went and made a meatloaf for dinner, having a salad and potato patties and green beans for dinner. Just going to take is easy for now. Hugs to all, Stay safe

Oh gosh, sorry you hurt yourself! Sounds painful! Sometimes those soft tissue injuries can take more than a month to heal. It's rough, reinjuring it. Swimming sounds great because it's low impact. Hope you recover quickly!
