Diario de CindyDD, 11 jun. 11

Ok....got home after 1am from work and was emotionally hungry...picked on Mac and cheese....lucky there wasn't a lot left. This morning hungry but needed to attend a funeral and shop for a potluck dinner. Making namasu and beansprouts. So tempted to eat everything is sight but didn't. Came home and started cooking. Picked here and there, not bad in my opinion. We'll eat a regular meal soon before I start work at 4pm.
So sore from my first workout and the next day cardio. Debating if I'm taking a rest day or go to the gym. Hmmmmm???
