Ginome, make it. I cook the sun noodles ramen for almost 2 minutes before putting it in the soup. Keeps the noodles springy, it finishes cooking in the hot broth while I add all the toppings. 🍜

Moops, sounds like you've done this alot. Nice skill👍👍👍. Used to make all kind of noodle myself, curry, soup, prawn, fish, fried etc2. Unfortunately I'm on keto now. The Only noodle I allowed myself is the konjac one 🤣. Not easily accessible tho. 

Ginome, that’s a great sub. My Costco sells Kibun healthy noodles which is keto friendly. Spiralized zucchini was another way to get low carb noodle-like strands
