That's amazing, well done to you! Also, losing weight over a longer period of time makes it more likely that you'll keep it off. People who lose weight quickly statistically have less than a 5% chance of keeping it off for 2 years.

WOW, 35 kg's lost - absolutely awesome.
Go into your local Spar, Woolies, Shoprite etc. and take a photo of 35 litres of milk or 70 x 500gr Butter / Margarine or 4 x 10kg packs of sugar.......You can and will physcally have a mental picture of how far you come.
35kg divided 18 months = minus 1.944 kg p/m. GREAT.
Look in the mirror, Smile, give yourself a thumbs up. You've got this.
