I tried planning what I was going to eat today but it just didn't work out. I got too busy and ate less than I thought. Did cardio at 9:30pm. Too late because I need to get to bed so I can get up at 4am. Oh well, better than not doing it at all. Looking forward to training with Emily Boll at the park!
