I am participating in a Halloween drawing/art challenge.🎨 I used to draw for hours as a kid and totally abandoned it somewhere in my 20s, with only a doodle here and there. I love this totally zoned out expression, free of anxiety and burdens, pure escapism. I'm back to ME! I even snapped some art mural pics on my walk today (love wall murals on buildings). I felt SO good when I got home. So good that food seemed unimportant. Maybe this will help with my weight loss! More hobbies, please! LOL
