Diario de loosinisfun, 21 jun. 11

gooooood mornin...back from a cardio workout...usually i take tuesdays an thursdays off...cause im to tired from my monday workout to get up an go...but this morning i decided even though i was tired an running an hour behind..it would be good to get back into a 5 day a week workout...besides needed to work the water outta me from yesterdays being away an stoppin at a buffet for lunch...i only ate salad an off the salad part of the buffet...a first for me...usually i eat off the hot side of the buffet...but as hot an muggy as it was yesterday...that just dint sound good...2 trips to the salad bar...one trip to the dessert ...i was stuffed all the way home...but its not an everyday thing..and thats all thats important...well time to get up an make the bed..an get my shoppin list made out...have a great one...

I'm so happy to see you didn't leave us! Maybe you just need to give yourself more little breaks from journaling now and then, without guilt. Or you might try weekly check-ins for awhile instead of daily when you get weary of it all. I just want you to know that you being on this site not only helps you but it helps so many others, -including me -more than you would probably ever realize. I missed your "gooooood mornings" as well and couldn't quite imagine FS without them. Welcome back Loosin! And THANK YOU for being consistent and faithful.

thanks bren...an doit2it...sometimes i forget that im just not on here for myslf...we all have good days as well as bad ones..last week i was just having a really bad week...more then usual...was really down...something that i try my best to work thru...but last week i let it get to me more then usual...but thats in the past...an im back on track and lookin to the future an what it holds for me and all of you...have a greattttttttt day...an thanks to all....
