Diario de loosinisfun, 22 jun. 11

goooooooood mornin...alarm clock woke me up..just layed in bed...wishin i could sleep longer..but got up an headed to the gym for my weight/cardio workout...trimmed yard yesterday right before the storms moved thru...had planned on cuttin it this morning...but might have to wait a day or 2 so it can dry out some...not sure yet...today is weigh in day...but weight is up alittle ..i kno its water weight...an it no longer bothers me since i kno thats what it is...gained 2 pounds yesterday just from drinkin water after i came in from trimmin the yard...water plays so much of a weight gain on the scales...i also plan on buying a fat monitoring scales soon as i see one at walmart ...i know that this scales is doing what it was meant to do...but its no longer telling me the whole story when i get on it each day...an i need to see results to stay focused...so easy to give in when im tired at the end of the day..

monday i started doing ab crunches in the morning an the evening...when im not to tired to get on the floor an get them done...last night was just to tired to do my second set...

Crunches...funny you said that. I have been getting back to crunches, leg lifts, lunges and squats and man they are tough. First few days I hurt again but back to normal now....just got to keep it up!! Happy Hump Day Loosin....

today was squat day an deadlift day..had to take 2 aleves before i went to the gym...just didnt think i could get thru my workout without them...yeap...decided it was time to do crunches once again...get back into the ole routine of sticking with it more...
