Diario de AmyF-1973, 26 jun. 11

2 1/2 weeks in and I am down 11.5 lbs! My energy is way up and I just feel pretty darn good! Lost a pants size too - have decided to donate what doesn't fit right away. I refuse to keep around my "fat" clothes because I never want to wear them again. I feel like if they are still in my closet I am giving myself permission to need them one day. Instead, I am going to pull out my skinny clothes and focus on getting into them! Started exercising again, kinda scary but the only way to know my limits is to test them I think. Starting out with good ol' Richard Simmons and walking 2 miles. Would love to work back up to "The Firm" videos and a 5 mile jog, but will have to wait and see.
