have just returned from a 5 day break at the lakes and decided while i was there that i wouldn't wory about what i ate, but wouldn't go mad. I was evidently wrong in this decision as i now weigh more than i started...DOH! I have to step up the regime this week, i have five weeks until the wedding and will try and aim for two pounds a week, should be a dress size with any luck!
