no idea what I weigh right now, stress is an understatement and I've not cared what I've eaten. I know I've gained, u can feel it.
hubby has had 3rd lot of heart issues this year. two full cardiac arrests and fitted with an internal defibrillator after the 2nd mud May.
just as well, as he took a turn on the 5th November and it went on. after a week in hospital he's home yesterday and now I've gotta watch his diet further.
on the upside, it's making mine better too.
let's see how this time around goes eh!!
