Recently did my weigh in and I have gained almost 4kg. I’ve been consistently doing strength training and it’s hard to tell how much of the gained weight is muscle and how much is fat. I still need to drop down some body fat while gaining muscle so I’ve put myself in a slight deficit between 150 and 250.
