Don’t understand the weight gain but, oh well. Weigh loss confuses the crap out of me! 😂 Eat under my calories, gain weight. Eat above my calories, gain weight. Might just have to start exercising regardless of my medical situation 🤷‍♀️ I’m determined to be closer to 70kg by the end of the year x
72,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You are not alone!!!! I can still gain 1.5 kg over night and then slowly loose it over a week. But I have also lost 1.5 kg overnight and not found it again. As Long as I see an Overall downward trend I am happy 😃

Its crazy isn’t it! Apparently I’ve still lost 0.4kg over the past 7 days, I don’t know how though 😂 oh well, I weigh less than when I started so that’s a positive lol x
