Lunch was boring as usual. Salad yogurt and granola. Fast was around 16.5 hours. I did have a little bit of carrot cake at work, like literally two bites.
I had a chicken quesadilla for dinner which I calculated to be about 300 calories then I had half of that ice cream sandwich that my husband got the other day and I think that was 230. Over all I was still close to if not under 1200.
They didn’t have my cashew milk at the store, so I got almond milk, which is unfortunate, because almond milk has 60 calories a cup compared to 25. Which means my coffee will have twice as many calories, which is a big deal when you drink as much coffee as I do, so I’ll have to go easy on the creamer.
I almost got the oat milk, which has 45 cal, but I’ve never had it before, so I didn’t know if I’d like it-not that I entirely care for almond milk, but when you make it into creamer, you can’t really taste the difference.

Well, that is in no way reassuring. Just did my night weight and I’m .2 more than last night. Hopefully the morning won’t be too bad. Tomorrow is the first day I’ll have off work since starting this which will potentially make things easier because I won’t have bakery tempting me, but will most likely make things more difficult because I have everything at home tempting me. I’ll have to be really good in the morning because we do Chinese every Tuesday for lunch.
