I did not do well over this long holiday weekend. I did alot of outside activities...stayed on the go.... BUT.....I ate out several times and did not make good choices. I know better and have no one to blame for the extra weight I put on. I am back on track today and trying to reverse the damage I did to myself. I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend and that your week brings you lots of self-control and the ability to make good choices for your health.
