Its a loss. I ate good yesterday. Ham, mac n cheese, carrots, green beans, cauliflower bake. I didn't even have time to enter what I ate. I think it was carb heavy just by thinking about it right now. I didn't have time to ride my bike. I was running all day Saturday and yesterday. I ate some coconut cream pie as well. Cant be good. My weigh in surprised me. Hey, its a loss.
