Well,no change today. That's normal for me to level off for a couple days after losing. I only lost 1.2 lbs this week but it will probably come off slower since I am closer to my goal weight. I'm happy with it and I am glad I am in the 120's now. I didn't eat any produce yesterday so I am going to have extra today. Fruit for snacks, salad for lunch, etc. I also didn't do any cardio yesterday, only Pilates and strength training, so I guess I will do some today. I don't really think cardio is necessary when you already have a calorie deficit, but it couldn't hurt I guess. Well, nothing really going on here. I'll update later if anything interesting happens.
