Yay!! It seems like I am flying through the 270's!! But there is a big weekend coming up and we rented a Beach House and I am sure it is going to be hard to stick with it this weekend!! And not to forget the drinking that is going to happen!! I am not going to feel guilty if I indulge, I will just make up for it later!! I hope everyone has a good Holiday weekend. I know I will and no work for 4 days!!!

WOW! Go Caitie! That's awesome! 3 pounds in one week! I'm sure you can balance decisions over the weekend. You've got it figured out with your food, and I know you'll still eat a lot less than what you would have a year ago! Have a relaxing weekend - that helps in weight loss too! :)
