Welcome to Motivational Mondays! It's the First Monday of a brand New Year! woooohooo
This is Prime Monday: we're hopeful, cracked open new planners & journals, downloaded new apps/trackers, maybe got a new scale or a Fitbit; it's GO time!!!!! I find easy to toss numbers around, step on a scale, weigh & track foods but I haven't had any real weight loss success in years (2019). Yet these past few weeks of Mindful Eating have helped me relax around food and dieting in general. I FEEL BETTER! Got me thinking about:
Non-Scale Victories: what do I want to accomplish this year?? #1 I want to FEEL BETTER, move around easier, get down/up the floor with ease, walk everywhere, wear smaller clothes, be energized and finally live IN this body! How to measure success without the scale???
I will take all my measurements and take a photo. I start NOW, living my best life in 2023!!!!
