Warning: this posting might be gross for a few of you so stop reading now if you get queezy easily.
After a month I guess my body adjusted to me eating soups and salads and light small portions because last night I decided to go to McDonalds and had a HORRIBLE experience with it. I only ordered a small fry and the value menu burger. I didn't think those small items would do much harm....
45 minutes later I start feeling bad, queezy, and nauseous. I didn't think too much of it but suddenly I ran to the bathroom and hurled the McDonalds along with anything else I had for the last day or so. Earlier I had munched on some chocolate that is sitting at arm's length from my cubicle (i can't move it b/c it's placed there so everyone in the dept. can eat from it)I also ate 2 mozzarella sticks and a small bag of barbeque chips.
This was the first day in a very long time that I had indulged and picked on items all day and I think my body finally rejected the junk. The McDonald's grease was the last straw in the day full of treats. Even though I still feel queezy, I think its a good thing that I won't be tempted anytime soon to eat fast food or cholate or a bag of chips. I learned my lesson.
