Got a workout in today, only my second one ever lifting, and already lifting 5 to 10 pounds heavier. If my gains are going to be that quick, I'm going to outgrow my dumbbells in short order.
Tomorrow I recover (though I'm not as sore this time), then back at it on Friday. It'll be interesting to see if I gain weight again on Monday.
