I’m currently out with a back injury can’t do as much as I want but it’s ok. Doing a little not trying for too too much. I will be going through PT I’m going to try to do some I already know. Also throwing out bad foods that I don’t need or want eat in cabinets trying to clean but it’s hard not being able to stand or sit to long it’s like I just can’t get comfortable.
