WooHoo! Just by being more conscious of what I was eating and not eating after 7pm, I lost 3lbs in 5 days!

I love that! ❤️ Trying to do something similar. No true dietary overhaul, just tracking my consumption to make me more mindful of what / how much I'm eating and cutting it off after I hit my daily limit (mostly). Feeling good about it so far and definitely feels sustainable for the long haul. 🙏
