Have felt I do not do good, so I need to record. Because when you think you eat enough sometimes you don't, and you need to know what you eat. I am not always so good about measuring the oil! I know, no comments! I am going to work on it. No bread for the rest of my life cannot do- I AM Greek, after all. I need to portion out my bread, tis hard when the husband bakes it fresh, every so constant often. If I was to say I am not a sweets eater, then I would be lying to you as well as myself! I think the worst is the depression because it makes you sedentary!!! Oh boy I cannot assume my greens don't have enough all. In Greece that is all they do, but for some reason if you fry up mustard greens, it absorbs in the vegetable, and it fools you! Not like Greek salad, not at all, because you can see the oil in your plate. A bit of a tidbit there for you! Yes, we learn the hard way, so does this mule that is writing today! She is a loveable mule, so please don't be mean to her. I did not want to write, and to share, because I was embarrassed. Because I freak out when I eat 2,000 or so calories, because then I am not eating enough, or correctly, and i get up at night! I don't eat a lot of junk food, the ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, and the chocolate are my main down fall. When you look at all what is out there. I am not as bad as I think, not moving is the thing that get's me the worst, and not eating enough to make it through the night. Why am I telling you, because we need to be honest with ourselves, the worst and cruelest of all critics, OUR SELVES! I am too intimidated to walk on the hill up on the highway, and too depressed for my treadmill. I am going to have to work something out! Don't know yet! Tis hard to record activity on fatsecret, I could not ever figure it out correctly!! I think today the oil, and onion got me in the mustard greens, hope I can digest it! This farmer showed George or told him how to make mustard greens using bacon, since I use morning star I had to compromise with the oil for the fat, since I am not using the real bacon that has fat. If you do-go easy on the oil, as well as on the onion, for the green part from the garden also absorbs a lot of oil, making it too much for the stomach, as well as the calories!!!
