I've lost about 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks with a combination of Spin classes and a dramatic reduction in calories. Next Monday I start bootcamp classes and those are AMAZING. So the goal is that by my birthday 5 weeks away, Labor Day, I should hit 160 lbs!! That's 2 lbs a week. Oh boy I better be ready!
