The tofu was pan fried in veg oil. Salt and pepper. That's it. The rice was leftover. Wild rice blend cooked in roasted garlic bullion. Added carrot, kale, mushrooms. Pretty simple really. The hoisin sauce is just bottled, store bought. Good stuff though
