I walked 3380 steps today in 35.24 minutes, just a little more than 1.2 miles. I weighed 171.8 this morning, same as I weighed Sunday moning. Making slow progress, but persevering.
Intermitent fasting was 16/8. Feeling fine skipping breakfast. Bedtime glucose was 128, so still bringing it down.
Ate cheesy egg chaffles with mixed fruit for lunch. Chaffles always make me feel so decadent, but they are really low in carbs. I made two ingredient keto peanut butter fudge today. I can have one piece per day, (103 cals, 7 net carbs) and that makes me feel rewarded for giving up other goodies. I may have to hide it from hubby!! Supper will be cheese omelet. Drinking lots of tea.
