Diario de loosinisfun, 09 jul. 11

goooooood morning..another hot humid day they say...another day of no gym time...but monday im gonna start up a new routine again of 5 days a week of gym time...its time to get serious again...been lacking on it due to the weather an just being to tired from the weather...weight is up and im to blame for it...no excuses...so i will enjoy my weekend an get rested...and monday its back to getting up an being in the gym at 4 am...i do miss my routine...just a matter of getting back into the habit...always makes me feel better after my workout...a great way to start off the day...
