They sure do!!! It's hard to keep them low. Are you doing low carb or a mixture?

i keep the carbs under 100gs (try to get around 60-70gs), we do eat dairy so not strictly Paleo. but yeah enjoying it loads, foods lovely! also giving 16:8 fasting a go this last week, just to see what its like really ;). i think it may suit me and be helping some nasty headaches i've been having

I am going to try to cut carbs...I am pretty addicted to silly things out of habit...honey, chocolate, and too much cheese. Am very pleased that I have almost totally cut out bread but I really like something sweet in the morning so have rice cakes with honey....bad!! But could be worse :) ....plus I love wine!!! 😝
