Had a not-so-good week, and although I stuck to the lower calories, I did eat some "junk" foods that I could have avoided if I were in a better state mentally ( much stress the past week) I'm a stress eater and know this. I have to find some other way to cope with stress and avoid eating sweets. The first part is acknowledging your weakness so you can work on it. I at least did this. Good news is I have an appt with health nutruition today to discuss what foods are best for me to eat with needing a low histime and gluten, milk, fish, shellfish, and red meat free diet. Very hopeful I can gain some great insights, and direction.
