Day 4 of my Whole 30 and am feeling good. Yesterday evening was a little difficult as I started feeling hungry but it wasn't something a glass of water couldn't fix. Just had a big yummy breakfast. Waiting for it to settle before I get some exercise in. Yesterday I felt super hot I mean physially hot as in I was sweating a lot because of the change in diet and am already feeling less bloated and inflamed all around so that's good. Looking forward to my day!

Hi Dialla it is indeed:) They call it bangus in philippines (I'm half filipino). It's a very popular fish there.
