Protein heavy salad! Had a crazy day trying to shop for groceries with two toddlers, so decided to indulge a bit for lunch. 427 calories for the whole salad, and I got to practice making wing sauce from scratch!

Great looking salad. Are the toes extra protein too?? LOL. I have only shopped with one toddler and it was a nightmare. Can't imagine shopping with 2!!! I once took him to Denny's and he stood up in the seat and was making faces at the man sitting behind us and the man was egging him on. They were having a big time until eventually the back of the seat fell apart and I was totally embarrassed. I'm surprised they didn't tell me, "Please, don't come back!"
