Diario de Lululoveskittens, 25 may. 15

OK - feeling really fat and not happy with self. Spent the weekend with friends house sitting in a lovely house and eating and drinking too much - did go to spinning despite a late saturday night but really other than that have blown it - have not even kept my journal because can't remember exactly what I ate. :0( So - I now have seven weeks, and in that time I have to get down to 10 stone - PLUS I have two birthday parties during that time. So, I think the only way to go is low carb because at least I can go out without having to count cals, I can drink vodka instead of wine and I am ONLY going to drink at the weekends or parties .... I HAVE to do this!!! I am also going to train every day except Sundays.Next weekend I have my niece up so we will go to London ... be harder to train but I will have to do spinnning at 7am on Friday. I am not going to weight myself till Friday morning as the next few days I am going to really be strict - 1000 cals a day AND low carb. Please give me the strength to do this xxxx
