What I ate: One packet of cinnamon roll oatmeal, made with almond milk and topped with one tablespoon of peanut butter.

Why I ate it: Hungry, good taste, added peanut butter for protein and to improve taste, added almond milk instead of water for better taste

What I drank: Coffee

Why I drank it: Good taste, to avoid caffeine headache

What I drank: Water

Why I drank it: Thirsty, to counteract the water retention from all the carbs in the oatmeal
