I was driving home the other day and someone was giving a very nice cross trainer away so I got my partner to pick it up and take it home. Thought it would be perfect for the days where I mentally don’t want to go out but still need to exercise to keep my pesky anxiety at bay so far have used it every day for 10-15 mins in the morning and 10-15 in the afternoon 😊 worth the space it takes up 😂
