Your progress is very good, so don't be discouraged by a little back sliding. When I am fighting hunger, I drink a full glass of water and then find an activity to distract myself. Please know that as you lose weight, your body burns fewer calories, unless you increase your activity level. Of course, as you get lighter, it is easier to be more active. Good progress!!!
