Finished a month long boot camp. It was great, I do feel stronger and enjoyed most of it. Now to plan a workout schedule for the next couple of months that is challenging but doable and fun. Thinking of a six week chin up program. Says if you can do at least ten push ups then by the end of six weeks it’s possible to do 4 sets of 5 chin ups. So that along with a structured stretching / mobility program appeals to me right now. Wouldn’t it be great to be a forty something mom who can do chin ups and front pancake ? Never been able to do either. Maybe this summer ? That and continuing the low carb eating is the plan.

What a great challenge to do chin ups and front pancake. I'm always jealous of the instructor when they get flat to the floor for the pancake. And still look comfortable. Congrats on completing the bootcamp.
