Hugs to those who need and/or want one =)
I updated my Bio today. When I first wrote the original Bio I was not sure I would be staying here. I have tried other sited and had never found the information and support that I have found here. So for those who wish to, it is there for the reading.

Thanks for sharing your bio. Do you utilize an anti-inflammatory food plan? I have heard many people feel it is truly helpful.

I try to combine a low carb diet (30-50 net carbs a day) and an anti-inflammatory diet. However it is not easy. Truth be told I follow more of a diabetic diet. I have a family history of diabetes and with my health issues, which are more then I care to admit LOL, modify my diet and losing weight has been my main focus. I have not looked up an anti-inflammatory diet plan online, but the information I got from my rheumatologist said I had to cut out too much of the things I enjoy and can have in moderation on a low carb diet.
